LEGISLATION AFFECTING NJ'S WILDLIFE

We're pleased to report that S2649, the ghastly bill that would have made it even worse for the beleaguered deer in New Jersey, did NOT pass both houses and has therefore "died" in this session. Thanks to your support of our efforts, we were able to put a halt to this bill moving forward.

2012 begins a new legislative session in New Jersey and we will be meeting with legislators to see that this bill does not get introduced again. And if it does, we will be sure to act swiftly.
